They offer practical and financial support to the young people who need it most - by developing key skills, confidence and motivation, to enable young people to move into work, education or training. This new project from HAVCO, intended to support local groups to work in partnership to bid to run commissioned services is now up and running with:

  • A dedicated area on the  HAVCO Website containing lots of useful information
  • A regular newsletter – Collaborate  – on partnership and procurement matters

Premises Roadshows for the Volunteer Sector

altThe Development Trust Association present a series of premises roadshows to showcase the support tools and guidance that is available across London.

Features include:

  • Open discussion on challenges relating to premises management and ownership
  • The launch of the premises fact finder covering FAQ’s on premises related issues (free copies available on the day)
  • The launch of my community space a dedicated website for advertising and searching for premises across London

Who should attend?

  • Organisations who are starting out on their premises journey
  • Third sector representatives (social enterprises, charities, community groups, to name a few)
  • Statutory sector representatives interested in third sector premises management or ownership

2010 Roadshows:

Finchley 27 July, 9.30–2pm
Croydon 28 September, 9.30–2pm
Hounslow 14 October, 9.30–2pm
