Training is sometimes perceived as a means to an end - a 'tick the box' exercise that 'has' to be done, but that has no real impact on the Church. This is not the case!

So, for all UK based courses we will meet with you at your Church premises before the course to discuss your training objectives. We then use these objectives to produce a tailored training program that fits the needs of your delegates and your business.
